AI where rules end.

AI is applied inside automation processes, above all in work with non-standardised documents. Rules execute what is predictable. AI interprets what cannot be written down as rules. People supervise what matters.

HYBRID MODEL

Three layers of one process.

Automation / executes

carries out clearly ruled steps quickly, cheaply and repeatably

AI / interprets

reads documents, understands language, classifies and proposes decisions where rules cannot be written down

People / supervise

approve high-stakes actions and teach the system on exceptions

As a result AI is not an experiment beside the process but a part of it: built together with the automation, inside the same flow, and maintained like the rest of the solution.

Non-standardised documents. Specialised automation.

Data extraction from documents

Invoices, contracts, orders and letters in various formats and layouts. OCR plus language models extract the data, automation validates it against source systems and passes it on.

Inbound document flow

Recognising the document type, assigning a category and routing it to the right process or person before anyone opens the attachment.

Documents without a template

Every supplier sends invoices differently. The hybrid model copes with a layout it has never seen and routes uncertain cases to human approval.

Correspondence and tickets

Reply drafts and case classification prepared by AI, sent after approval.

Document data quality control

Detecting gaps, duplicates and mismatches between document and system before the data reaches reports.

AI delivered like a system, not like an experiment.

Data under control
on-premise work with local models is possible; data does not have to leave client infrastructure
Pilot before scale
first a measurable effect on one process, then expansion
Human in the loop
high-stakes decisions always require approval
Compliance
solutions designed for regulatory requirements and audit

Let us talk about working together.

A process full of documents, exceptions and manual re-typing? That is the most common candidate for a hybrid deployment.
